Applications will be considered complete if they include:

- A Complete Application Packet with Required Attachments;

- A Pre-Qualification letter from a lender of your choice with a minimum purchase price of $231,255

Applicants may select a lender from the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency's List of Suggested Lenders

- Homebuyer Education Certificate- Provide a copy of your Certificate OR a letter from an approved housing counseling agency listing the date of the workshop you have enrolled in.
