HomeBricks will begin accepting applications on December 5, 2009 at 11:00AM.

Applications will only be considered if they consist of the following:
-   A Complete Application Packet with Required Attachments;
-   A Pre-Qualification letter from a lender of your choice with a minimum purchase price of
    $207,775.  Applicants may select a lender from the San Francisco Redevleopment
    Agency's List of Suggested Lenders page 6;
-   Homebuyer Education Certificate-Provide a copy of your Certificate OR a letter from an approved housing counseling agency listing the date of the workshop you have enrolled in.

ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED ON A FIRST COMPLETED-FIRST SERVED BASIS.
