A public drawing was held on Wednesday January, 28th, 2009 to determine the order in which all applications will be reviewed for income and loan qualification, and offered the chance to purchase a Mission Walk Condominium. HomeBricks is currently screening applications in the order below to confirm eligibility for the program. Eligible applications will then be sent to the appropriate lender to receive a mortgage pre-approval letter, and will be contacted again about next steps.

A "P" symbolizes those applicants who were either Granted a preference or Conditionally Granted a preference. The type of preference and status of that preference is also listed below.  Those who's preferences are denied will be sorted back into the list in lottery order taking into consideration the next best preference that they qualified for.
