All applicants for new BMR units through the Mayor's Office of Housing must attend the first-time homebuyer class from one of the five homeownership counseling organizations designated below. The First-Time Home Buyer Certificate that the buyer receives after attending one of the courses below is required for the Candlestick Cove application to be considered complete.

Please Note: The Informational HomeBricks Workshop does NOT count toward this certificate. You must contact one of the organizations listed below to schedule the class.
